3. Account Registration and Security

To use specific features, you may be required to establish an authorized account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification information and to promptly update such information should changes occur. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account, including passwords, two-factor authentication keys, and connected exchange API keys.

You must immediately notify Nobre Patrimorio in writing of any suspected breach of security or unauthorized account access. We bear no liability for any losses caused by compromised login details or API credentials under your control.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to utilize our Platform exclusively for lawful and legitimate purposes. You explicitly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of any proprietary analytical models or automated algorithms.
• Deploy any spider, scraper, automated harvester, or unauthorized script against the Platform's web infrastructure.
